As one of the 4 Warriors (one of Santeria's defining initiations) Ogun is of enormous importance. Ogun is the Orisha called upon to protect and guard the home against physical as well as spiritual dangers. As one of the four Warrior Orisha, Ogun is worshipped by ALL who practice Santeria. Along with Eleggua, Oshosi, and Osun, Ogun receives almost constant attention.
