• Anoint a 7 Knob Candle and focus on your wishes. Each day for seven days, make a wish (one for all seven or seven separate wishes) and light the candle. Let one knob burn, then put it out (do not use your breath to extinguish, use another method). Each day only burn one knob until they are all finished.
